A place that feels like home

Our Space

Every corner of My Little World is intentionally designed to invite curiosity, comfort, and connection — a place where children feel safe to explore and grow.

The main classroom
where the day comes alive

Learning corner

Where every day starts with a routine

Our main learning wall features a monthly calendar, class rules, number line, and colorful alphabet letters — all at child height. The iconic rainbow rug is our gathering spot for circle time, songs, and morning meetings.

Organized shelving with color-coded bins keeps materials accessible so children can choose independently — a key part of our play-based approach.

Reading nook

A cozy corner for little book lovers

Our bilingual book library features titles in both English and Spanish — from classics like Harry the Dirty Dog to Spanish favorites like ¿Eres tú mi mamá? and Gallina Corina.

Soft floor cushions and “Reading” pillows make this the perfect spot to curl up with a story. A calming strategies board nearby supports emotional self-regulation throughout the day.

Movement & play

Space to move, build, and imagine

Colorful foam blocks and soft seating give children the freedom to build, climb, and create their own structures. This open floor space supports gross motor development and collaborative play.

The rainbow rug anchors the space and provides a soft, welcoming surface for floor-based activities and group play.

Dramatic play

A kitchen where imaginations cook

Our dramatic play area features a full wooden play kitchen, pretend appliances, dishes, a doll corner, and a child-sized table and chairs — all in warm natural wood tones.

Role play builds language, social skills, and creativity. Children explore real-world scenarios through play — and in our program, they do it all in Spanish.

Home-based setting

A warm residential environment designed to feel familiar, safe, and nurturing for young children.

Natural materials

Wooden furniture, wicker baskets, and plants create a calm, grounded atmosphere throughout the space.

Bilingual throughout

Labels, books, and materials in both English and Spanish reinforce immersion in every corner of the room.
